Registered Nurse - patient education (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath North Insurance Group is an insurance company in Hartford with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 535 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
