Registered Nurse - patient education (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Oak Transit Planning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
