Registered Nurse - patient education (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Clear Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification.
