Registered Nurse - patient education (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Cross Health is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 506 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
