Registered Nurse - patient education (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Meadow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Fresno. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
