Registered Nurse - patient education (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Rook Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
