Registered Nurse - patient education (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Meridian Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around El Paso. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
