Registered Nurse - patient education (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate North Learning Group is an education provider in Des Moines serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
