Registered Nurse - patient education (Denver, CO)

Summit Basin Health is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
