Registered Nurse - patient education (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline North Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
