Registered Nurse - patient education (Columbus, OH)

Bright West Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Columbus working with agencies and riders, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
