Registered Nurse - patient education (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Meadow Learning Group is an education provider in Colorado Springs serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
