Registered Nurse - patient education (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Orchard Health and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 827 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
