Registered Nurse - patient education (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Loom Insurance Group is an insurance company in Cincinnati with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
