Registered Nurse - patient education (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Cross Care Services supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
