Registered Nurse - patient education (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bright Stone Transit Planning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
