Registered Nurse - patient education (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Drift Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
