Registered Nurse - patient education (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Birch Care Services Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
