Registered Nurse - patient education (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Loom Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Birmingham. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
