Registered Nurse - patient education (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Vista Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Birmingham. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on cleanroom operations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
