Registered Nurse - patient education (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen North Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Baltimore, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
