Registered Nurse - patient education (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Timber Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
