Registered Nurse - patient education (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Birch Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
