Registered Nurse - patient education (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Meridian Health is a healthcare provider in Anchorage with clinics and support teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
