Registered Nurse - patient education (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Hospitality Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
