Registered Nurse - patient education (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Health and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
