Registered Nurse - patient education (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on premium billing with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
