Registered Nurse - occupational health (Wichita, KS)

Summit Forge Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Wichita. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
