Registered Nurse - occupational health (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
