Registered Nurse - occupational health (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Savannah with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
