Registered Nurse - occupational health (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
