Registered Nurse - occupational health (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Meridian Health is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on occupational health for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
