Registered Nurse - occupational health (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Orchard Health Group runs clinics and patient services around San Jose, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
