Registered Nurse - occupational health (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in San Jose with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
