Registered Nurse - occupational health (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Diego. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
