Registered Nurse - occupational health (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood West Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Salt Lake City, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
