Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Silverline Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
