Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Summit Mill Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Toledo with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
