Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Stonegate West Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Salt Lake City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
