Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Minneapolis with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
