Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Westbrook Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Charlotte with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
