Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Louisville, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
