Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Insurance Partners and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be occupational health. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
