Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Bright Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Sacramento, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
