Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Cedar Bridge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Diego. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
