Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Bright Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Kansas City, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
