Registered Nurse - occupational health (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on occupational health for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
