Registered Nurse - occupational health (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on occupational health for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
