Registered Nurse - occupational health (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Clear Hospitality is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on occupational health for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
