Registered Nurse - occupational health (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Milwaukee serving students and families. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
